Who We Are

Community Public Health LLC (CPH) is a private, 3-year CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited, out-patient home-based counseling agency that specializes in the Mental Health and Substance Addiction fields for children, adolescents, and adults in their living environments, community resource centers and/or schools. The inspiration for establishing the company was based on the owner’s 12 plus years of experience in the field. The goal was to develop a company with an enthusiastic focus on the quality of patient services, clinician support, and articulated ethical values. Community Public Health LLC (CPH) has a passion for helping others by providing services to the community, at a level of quality unsurpassed by few agencies within the state of Oklahoma.
